It has 16 million colors and supports smooth cursors in 32 8 bit alpha channel and color depth. Its paint tools have pencil, flood fill, line tool, shapes, color replacer and much more. ArtCursors support jpg, png, xpm, wbmp, ani, import/export and rc type files, you can also export animated cursors to animated GIF images, cursors can be extracted from windows executable libraries i.e. .exe, il, ocx, bpl, etc. you can also split compound cursor into images with it and manage entire libraries into individual cursors.
