IconUtils

- A set of programs for work with icons and cursors. Creates icons, static and animated cursors, with the depth of color from 1 to 32 bits, including translucent icons for Windows XP. Manages collections of icons and cursors. Converts (in batch mode) icons and cursors in formats ICO, BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, CUR, ANI, PSD, WMF, WBMP and vice versa. Configures the guise of the desktop and system directories. Also includes image viewer.
