JT Tray Minimizer - this is program which allow you to hide any windows in System Tray (area near the clock). Why? You often need to lunch many applications at the same time and all of them are reflected on the TaskBar. If there collected more than 7 - 9 windows, then such variety frighten and besides that it becomes difficult to understand each separated window. You can often lunch the program on the begining of the work and you take off only in the end of the work. And now you may not worry about free space on the TaskBar or about resident programs.
