A program meant for the full changing of interface and desktop and its settings to your own needs and tastes, with the possible use of already existing templates, and your own solutions. The main difference from the standard desktop is refusing icons-shortcuts having the only one function: to indicate the location of the file. Instead icons "objects" are used with almost limitless potential in the functionality and, in sharp contrast to buttons by its appearance (they may be of any shape or size, static or animated, performing one function or multiple), and for its development in the absolute majority of cases, you don't have to be a programmer at all.
