Publisher description for Puzzle X
Puzzle X is a simple puzzle game made in tribute to Apple's desk accessory program, "Puzzle" distributed in Macintoshes with System 7. The object of the game is to unscramble the given image by sliding the puzzle pieces to form the image. The Default image is an Apple logo. Features: Custom images: Puzzle X lets you use any image you'd like for the scrambled puzzle image, simply by dragging the file onto the Puzzle X window or by copying and pasting the image into Puzzle X. Show Puzzle Piece Numbers: Puzzle X lets you show the puzzle piece numbers, numbering each piece from 1 to the number of pieces there are, making it easier to visualize how to unscramble the image. Customizable Image transparency: Showing off the power of Quartz on the fly compositing and transparency, Puzzle X lets you change the transparency of the scrambled image. This can be useful in seeing the puzzle piece numbers under a dark image. Customizeable Puzzle Size: You can choose from three different puzzle sizes: 4 x 4, 5 x 5, and 6 x 6. Customizeable difficulty settings: Puzzle X offers three difficulty levels: Easy, Medium, and Hard.
