Editor's review Lazarus: Form Recovery
Lazarus: Form Recovery. A rather worthwhile software for the jobs, processes, tasks that require the filling out of what can be extensive “form area”. Lazarus keep your entry from being lost due that ever present, and ready to strike, timeout. It autosaves all of your text entry as you enter it, preventing any loss from an inadvertent timeout, crash, process error, or page loss. Anyone who uses a computer has lost entry data due to some event, even hitting the enter / submit / go / next / whatever button that gives you a message and then loses some of the entered data, or it is now a blank page! For Firefox, Lazarus is an essential plugin / add-on. It has nearly 1MM downloads. Regardless of the browser, Lazarus will save your entry info. Some features are in a revamp mode / beta setting. Lazarus is keenly seeking any situation where an unexpected result occurs. It depends very heavily on its user community for such error possibilities. Lazarus asks that any error situation be reported to them at LAZARUS@Interclue.COM, and be prepared to provide additional info to their issue management team. For Chrome, the restore feature has been disabled as it has been a focus for crashes. For MAC and LINUX users – be aware that Google Chrome crashes at times with Lazarus. Check with Lazarus customer service on installing Lazarus under the current situation. Lazarus is seeking any info on any crashes on the MAC or LINUX systems as they are having great difficult recreating any of the crash conditions.
