EasyBMP

EasyBMP software utility allows you to read, write and modify bitmap files easily. it is best for beginners but everyone can use it for performing I/O and pixel operations on uncompressed 1, 4, 8, 16, 24, and 32 bpp BMP files. It supports both little-endian and big-endian architectures. It is compatible with Linux, Windows and Sun Sparc 4 machine.
