WebBuild is a simple Java application to support the maintenance of websites. It's aim is to separate the tasks of providing the content (pages and words) from the site design (how it looks). The site designer creates a template file and designs the navigation options for the site. The content provider edits files with a text editor to provide the content - no html skills are required.
