CF Rollover Wizard is a program that enables you to create a rollover or link effect in about a minute(depending on your typing speed). With this program, you do not need to know what Javascript is, and you don't need anything but the very basic of HTML. A friendly user-interface allows quick copying and pasting of the generated code onto your webpage, or if you don't want to copy and paste, you can just save the rollover as an HTML page.
