Editor's review Batch File Maker
You can use the handy and inclusive Batch File Maker program for crating and modifying those files that are capable of launching any other file from the command line/run dialog. It starts your specified file by creating a .bat or .cmd file. When you copy this file in the System32 folder of Windows then you can start it by just trying its name into the Run Program dialog box as well as you can call it by name from the command. For working, it requires 64.0 MHz Microprocessor or higher as well as RAM with 7.0 MB space.
