In order to use this toolbar you will need to run a windows operating system and also have Internet Explorer installed. The toolbar is easy to use and brings all the universe of download4a.com on your PC.
Before installing the pluging you need to close all your Internet Explorer windows first, then follow the instructions in the install screen.
