We didn't notice any significant quality loss even when compressed.This product is very easy to install.Customers didn't encounter any problems or errors when they used this product.It has the ability to copy all the bonus footage and menus or just the movie, the ability to copy a DVD-9 (a DVD that holds 9 GB) to one disk, and the built-in ability to decrypt CSS encryption.You can also backup a DVD to your hard drive instead of on a DVD. This is useful for laptops because it conserves battery power that is usually taken up by spinning DVDs.

Here are their verbatim replies to my request for a refund:
"Please tell us about your problem first, we will consider a refund to you if we cannot fix your problem."
"Thank you for writing to us.What about trying again before requesting a refund?
We can refund you if it is due to the quality problem of our software and it must within one month since you ordered it .
"Please download Nero 6.0.0.11 and register it before run dvd-cloner.
Also , you can find its registration message at the same link I gave you.
Please register it then have a try."
I am by no stretch of the imagination purchasing a $100 software program to make a $60 software program to work.
Their 30 day money back guarantee just isn't. They will try to sit on your money as long as they can and hope to push out the tech support so the 30 days pass and they dont' have to refund you a thing!
If the trial version doesn't work, the full version definitely won't either.
They simply do not understand that their program just doesn't work for everybody! And good customer service offers a refund no matter what.
Furthermore, their promise to get back to you within 6 hours of your email for tech support - try 2 days!!

It is very easy to use - the problem is that it doesn't work 9 out of 10 times. Without fail, the DVD backup will play to some point and then completely lockup and "Freeze". Customer support is terrible. I emailed back and forth about a dozen times trying to figure out what the problem was and each time I would get back "So sorry for your problem - please give us more info so we can help you" - just stalling until the 30 day money back guarentee expires is what I think. I finally gave up and bought a software package that I can recommend - DVD Wizard Pro. It's a little more complicated but it works great every time and actually cleans up damaged disks really well! I still haven't gotten my money back from the DVD-Cloner II clowns - probably never will.

I have not had one successful burn. I've tried DVD5 and DVD9 on one disc and split disc, but nothing works the way the company boasts. Usually I get little over half a movie, or a totally corrupted disc.
