Description for Folder Security
Folder Security is a software program designed to password-protect folders. It lets you prevent people from viewing, printing, or altering your confidential documents. Folders remain protected should your PC be rebooted into Windows Safe Mode or DOS. A nice feature is the ability to include a password hint. Choose something sensible and it will prompt you to remember your password, without giving it away to anybody else. This security software provides a simple and effective way to password-protect any type of documents including but not limited to .doc and .xls files. You can even password-protect Windows programs. It's a sound idea to protect your backup files so that your sensitive information does not end up in the wrong hands. Folder Security can protect folders located on USB external, removable, and network drives. It supports both FAT32 and NTFS drives.
