Although it has some similarities to the other puzzle games you have played, Reactor has its own unique game play. If you want the reactor to cool, you will need to collect cooling cells of varying shapes that are around the reactor core. This will help in clearing the cells. There is a demo version that you can download to try the game. However, if you would like to get the best experience, you should get the full version, which has more than 100 puzzles.

could we try to be anymore like tetris? this doesn't use a single shape that wasn't in the original tetris. nintendo called, and they want their game back!
