I'm a developer for a government agency and have been working in the HelpBox software for some time now. To say the least, it is an awful piece of software. The form design tool is horrible, creating forms is like pulling teeth. As a developer I could more quickly design an asp.net form from scratch than use Layton's form designer. It is very limited and you can easily break the form to the point where you have to go into the database and fix the XML string that it stores to get the form back to normal. DO NOT buy this software, if you have developers you should have them create a customized product for you because many of our customers complain that HelpBox cannot do what they need it to do.
