RipTiger does NOT capture MOST Hulu videos anymore. I contacted their customer support and received the following. “Dear Mark, RipTiger cannot capture some HULU videos. The problem is that HULU.com changed video encoding algorithm for some videos. Ramka stipulates that you will make sure that the Product is compatible with your computer system and satisfies all your requirements before purchasing. All sales of the Product are final."
