'This program changes the settings of your incredimail so much that when you try to uninstall it because it\'s worthless you can\'t and have to reinstall the email program all over again, loosing all your presious emails. Don\'t waste your time! Crock!'

I do not recommend Spam Inspector. First, their support stinks. You can only fax or email Giant software to get support. I have emailed them twice to try to get help. Only once did I get a response, and it did not resolve my issue. My reply indicting that I needed further help was unanswered. Second, I have had problems with Spam Inspector suddenly not checking automatically for spam. It just randomly turns itself off. this has happened on computers running Windows XP with Outlook 2000, 2002, and 2003. Lastly, the option to turn off the text in the Spam Inspector toolbar does not work. When it is running correctly, Spam Inspector does filter out spam well, though it does take a few weeks for it to learn to do it well.
