WhiteSmoke Enrichment software performs, for the first time in language software history, sentence processing as opposed to word-by-word processing. This innovative, patent-pending technology is designed for both native and non-native English speakers to optimize their English writing. By successfully 'understanding' context, WhiteSmoke Enrichment can optimize any sentence or text without changing its meaning. For example, the sentence 'I am happy with your work' may be upgraded to 'I am completely thrilled with your outstanding achievement,' or any other agreeable combination. The program also offers a unique Suggested Phrase feature. For example, the word 'risk' may be replaced by the phrase 'walking on thin ice'. After completing a sentence, a user will click on the WhiteSmoke Enrichment icon placed on the toolbar. After clicking the icon, users will then have the freedom to choose between a variety of word enrichments, word replacements and phrases to upgrade their written English. A complex algorithm developed by top experts in the natural language processing and linguistic research field enables the enhancement of a user's simple sentence into a more professional, sophisticated version. WhiteSmoke computerized text enrichment is an online, automatic service. The program's database is equipped with various trade-specific profiles such as commercial, medical, legal and literary. This advanced, user-friendly technology functions as a toolbar add-on to Word Processor and Email programs.

The software requires contact with the central server to work. About half the time, the server seems to be down now. Very annoying. To add insult to injury, there is absolutely no support now. I got disgusted and ask for a refund, but of course they never responded to that either. I am writing this to warn people. I am not the type to run around looking for something to wine about. STAY AWAY from their products!

Since downloading the WhiteSmoke software, I have discovered a quick and correct way of writing with no mistakes. Great help, this software. I really enjoy using the templates which cover most topics that one uses for social, business, C.V's, celebrations and more. All that is needed is to copy and paste the required templates and it is a great time saver and they are written better than I could do on my own.

Whitesmoke really works at spotting grammar and spelling mistakes. The pop-up window helps u fix errors as you make them, so you edit as u go. I'm happy with the product (I have the General Writing version). Two thumbs up.

The thing I like most about this software is how easily it works. The color coding makes it clear. Each color represents a different corrections. Spelling, grammar, style. Easy to pick up. There is a nice option of getting an explanation for why WhiteSmoke chooses a specific word. A lesson of it's own. The support service is good. I needed to call them about a download and also about payment. Excellent service.

Whitesmoke is a terrific product. Ever since our office got the Business Writing profile all of my writing fears and insecurities have become distant memories. I love the text enrichment. The grammar check is also so easy to use and is a great help.
