FTPUpit is an application that adds a context menu item to your right click SEND TO menu so you no longer have to open a complete FTP client application to send just a single file, simply right click the file you wish to upload choose SEND TO then click FTPUpit and it will upload the file to the configured FTP server in the directory that you set in your configuration.
