The AirShare application was designed to be a small tool that will allow you to use your Windows Mobile-based device to share files over Bluetooth protocol. By means of AirShare you can wirelessly access folders and files on your Windows Mobile device (including files on SD cards) from your desktop/notebook computer without ActiveSync or from your PDA. AirShare works as a server and implements standard Bluetooth File Transfer profile which is missing on many Pocket PC and MS Smartphone devices (such as WM 5.0 devices with MS Bluetooth stack). It implements standard Bluetooth File Transfer profile which is missing on most PocketPC and Smartphone devices before WM 5.3 (AKU 3) and WM 6.0. Notes: - The Bluetooth File Transfer service is disabled right after the installation. Enable it manually for the first time only. - Uninstallation requires reboot of the mobile device. - The whole file system is exported. This will be changed in the next version so it will be possible to set the root folder.
