Facebook Video is the Firefox add-on that was Facebook’s video script, Greasemonkey. The add-on is as popular as the original ever was. You can download, convert, and embed Facebook videos outside the realm of Facebook. You can do what Facebook stated that you cannot do: share Facebook video by exporting or downloading. Links are put by stealth onto Facebook video pages, allowing the edit, download and conversion of these videos. The box that holds the embed code for the video is given with the public link to the video at the page bottom. The link for the download is direct to the video file. The link to convert employs zamzar.com and converts to any one of several file types, or several formats, then take the converted file(s) down to your machine. The link for customizing the code starts a dialog where changes can be made. On update, the changes are saved in the boxed code and reflect your code. It also replaces the video as to see the new version right away. The links will reside to the video’s right hand side. For reference, here is Facebook’s Video FAQ statement: that "Users will not be able to export or download videos from Facebook." This is Facebook’s refusal to add the features that this utility now provides.
