Publisher description for No Referrer-Misspelled Referer
Very similar to Adaptive Referer Remover, avoids send referrer "FROM" certain URIs and "TO" certain URIs. Also avoids send referrer from all not public URIs, contains a block helper and is UTF-8 Friendly. By adding an icon to the status-bar or URLBar (R).. the extension will show the icon green when the referrer will be sent to the target URL. Also will look into hovered links, and if the referer will not be sent for that Link, It will turn the icon red. Allows Regular Expressions and normal input, also you can write directly ????????? for URLs with encoded strings like "http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%97%A5%E6%9C%AC%E8%AA%9E" translated as http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/????????? . Contains a helper for block/unblock referrers for current domain by the Icon context menu. With simply click the preferences of this add-on will pop-up... from there you can disabled all the refferrers which are from local URLs of the type http://localhost/, http://buda/, http://127.0.0.1/ and will check for private IP blocks as documented in RFC 1918 and RFC 3330. ( Bug: Will not protect URls like "http://localhost.localdomain/" see the dot ) .... and the better.... it is compatible with SeaMonkey, Flock and Firefox!
