What is it?
Internet Explorer Tools is a plugin for Microsoft Internet Explorer which filters all content loaded by Microsoft Internet Explorer from the Internet. Filters can be configured, for example, to dramatically reduce traffic or to improve readability of pages if have poor eyesight or just block all advertisements on sites.

How does it work?
When you type anything in Internet Explorer's address bar and press enter, Internet Explorer calls some functions from network subsystem. But after installing Internet Explorer Tools these calls are filtered... i.e. prior to any bytes are sent via network IE-Tools can determine what will be loaded and can block it. IE-Tools can also replace some of content by filtering other calls.
