The Blog Notifier is a downloadable Windows application that alerts you when blogs are updating. It displays an icon in your system tray to let you know if new updates have been made by publishers, and shows you a ballon message, open the updated url or open the page that shows changes, all without your having to open a web browser right from your desktop.
