Any computer connected to a network via TCP/IP has a unique address which identifies itself of the network. Often, on small networks such as home networks The IP addresses will change from time to time. This could be because your ISP has given you a Dynamic IP Address, or your router could automatically change it. If you are on a Dial up modem then your IP address will change every time you dial up your ISP. In most cases routers assign you a DHCP address with a set date to which it will expire. When the date arrives the router will assign you a new DHCP address. RAH IP Monitor is a utility for Windows which monitors changes to a computer's IP addresses. Any changes to a computer's IP address can be sent via email or Posted to an FTP server. Using RAH IP Monitor, you may Now broadcast any change in the IP address. While we do not condone abusing or bypassing an ISPs or business network's terms of service, this utility does provide a means to access a machine on a regular basis
