ModemLockDown disables access to the Internet until a supervisor or parent is present to enter the correct password. It can automatically disable Internet access on system startup, or you can allocate one-hour access blocks, on a day-of-the-week basis, for individual users. Dial-up modems are locked, so no malicious programs can take over and dial out unexpectedly. Supports DSL\Cable (2k, XP, 2k3 only) and Dialup(98, ME, 2k, XP,2k3). Also supports time restricted unlocks and auto locking when you disconnect your dial-up internet session.
