It provides separate sections for entering and maintaining equipment, employees, vendors, repairs, fuel, and preventive maintenance. An unlimited number of discrete PM schedules can be created by the user, making PM scheduling for different equipment types easy and efficient. Nearly 50 built-in reports are included, and the custom report wizard creates simple ad-hoc reports with only a few clicks of the mouse. Other features include sample data, a thorough help file, inspection documentation, integrated backups, quick queries, and wizards for cost-analysis queries and custom reporting. You can optionally track fuel taxes and tax-exempt fuel purchases, repair histories, and employee certification status. The PM Reminders Monitor notification bar application monitors your scheduled PM Service Reminders and automatically creates human language PM Service Reminders for you.
