Customer service sucks. They will run through a lot of hoops not to give you what is right. :( False advertising and wont make bad reservations right.

Be aware! I booked a flight through Orbitz together with an airport parking. Two days later I found my airline reservation was cancelled. They didn't even bother to notify me. I called and they said they couldn't get confirmation from the airline. They said it happend when the flight was no longer available. This totally messed up my schedule and my hotel reservation. Now this leaves me a totally useless parking reservation and because it was prepaid they said they couldn't cancel it! After a couple of emails, 4 phone calls, and being transfered back and forth many times, i finally got my parking canceled, but i am so exausted.
Will never use orbitz again.
