There is no dj software that is as reliable as this program. It has never failed on me. The beatmixing is supurb. The EQ and the Dynamic Processor controls are instant. Otslabs really know what they are doing. And bob, the winamp folder in the otsdj folder is for the Shoutcast plugin. Shoutcast only lets you install the plugin in a winamp folder.

Awesome program, aspecially for small radio stations and background music. Set up the music library correctly, properly maintain your PC, let OtsDJ do its thing, and it'll run problem free indefinately. Highly recommended.

I actually bought the software without too much time on the trial. I tested everything but the media library. Everything worked fine until I tried using the media library. Awful and useless to me as a DJ. First, there is no drag and drop..nothing can be played until you 'scan' it in. Moving, renaming, or rsampling a file is impossible without first going through a myriad of instructions to remove the original file from your computer(!) before you can remove it from the library..Then you have to re-add the file by scanning it again... try doing that for 20 songs you just edited. How about you people who have mp3s you did not actually steal ...and named them as you wanted? Unless they use a strict naming convention ( atrist - title ) the library will just throw all (or most) of the file name in the song title column...that cannot be resized... I spent hours and could ge tnowhere near a usable version of this...so I deleted it and am fighting to get my money back. buyer beware...looks good, isn't usable for some. As for 'creative', you will find the program is an overdeveloped version of winamp (as evidenced by the winamp engine in the intall folders).. It looked good but I lost money on something useless...buyer beware...

I have tried alot of DJ software for my business and this is that absolute BEST!!! I have been using it for 2 years now with not a single problem.... Perfect blend from song to song, great audio quality, unbeatin support website.... AAA+++
