After installation of the fully registered program, our computer froze up continually. Technical support was quite stumped, and had me limit the program to just keystrokes. The program functioned well in this manner. This did allow me to monitor chat sessions, which was one of my main concerns.
After a few weeks, my son received a pop-up telling him that his computer was being monitored. This is not supposed to happen when PCTT is running in stealth mode, but it DID!!
When I contacted the company, they told me it "just didn't happen".
It did happen, and their response was disappointing. They felt sure that someone had done a system restore which put the program back to it's demo state.
However, I was not using system restore on that computer - it was (and is) turned off!
Again, the program was problematic, would not allow me to use most of the options, and malfunctioned.
There are other programs available. I would certainly advise that another choice be made. If you had my experience, you would be throwing away money on PCTT.
