RipTiger does NOT capture MOST Hulu videos anymore. I contacted their customer support and received the following. “Dear Mark, RipTiger cannot capture some HULU videos. The problem is that HULU.com changed video encoding algorithm for some videos. We'll try to fix this in future versions of RipTiger Best Regards, Konstantin RipTiger Support Team” I asked for a refund and received the following. “Dear Mark, Sorry, but in your case the refund is impossible, because "Ramka provides a functional trial version of the Product available for download from Ramka's web site at: www.riptiger.com. Ramka stipulates that you will make sure that the Product is compatible with your computer system and satisfies all your requirements before purchasing. All sales of the Product are final."
