You are much more professional and mature than my last safelits service/ Here is an example of one of thier last tech support emails: Simply put all someone needs to do is bitch and moan about getting your password and next time we'll give it to them if you like, instead of being cautious like a true professional company would be. If you forget what your login, password etc is.... then you had better expect to jump some hoops whether you like it or not! If you don't like the way we do business then you can go somewhere else. I am not going to change it over your complaints and threats of "posting about our service".... it doesn't scare me in the least. As for the login.. password... etc. Didn't you send that.... so isn't it there in front of your face. I used the exact info you sent and logged in. If you want a service that is simple, then I suggest you look in the area that has open doors with loaded shotguns on the porch with large signs saying "come on in, there's nothing to stop you here". I've been doing it for years, had 3 people complain in the time because it wasn't 'simple and easy' (which is how most people prefer to cook), but I have 300 fold that amount in clients that a overly happy that we didn't just give out their information...... ----- Original Message -----
