Trialing it right now. Found it very effective as a back-end support equal to the likes of well-known products like processguard. What makes it ideal for novices is that the pop-ups are much less (if in the strict mode which is standard). As a proactive weapon against new viruses, trojans, spyware, and other unknown malwares, this product certainly should be considered. However, it is still in its infant stage (latest version is 1.1 as of this writing) and much can still be improved. The company should start an online forum so that all problems users may encounter will be addressed quickly. I also find the price quite high. The question is how much support will the StarForce Technologies give to this brand new product. Development is very critical. Only then will the company find willing users if they can promise continuing development of the product and accessible support. Overall, I believe the product is worth buying because of the protection that it will give. But I think the price should be adjusted to $25.00 for the version with the antivirus component and $20.00 for the standalone version. And for the standalone version, they should remove the menu "Scan for malware" since that is utterly useless.
