Crashed a few times, don't know why yet. Import Whitelist from Outlooked worked well. Seems pretty accurate at identifying spam. Real pain to delete valid emails if you don't want to read them. Not many options. Clean interface resembles XP. So far no reply to my email questions.

Not as good as the reviews say. Many false positives. Filters are undocumented and some results do not make sense. Certainly not as easy to use as some have stated. For example, 'flagged' feature does not give you the opportunity to directly delete an email. All email is downloaded and reprocessed repeatedly (every 5 minutes - default). No option to block or flag email from 'unknown' mail servers although a manual filter can be built if you have some advanced knowledge of email header properties.
