Disk Password Protection is a software suite having tools for hard-drive access restriction. It gives limited access on reading/writing, launching of specific files etc to user. Disk Password Protection 4.9 offers users the option to choose what kind of protection they need. First is the Boot Protection. It allows the authorized person to boot the system after entering correct password. In Partition Protection, only limited users can access the partitions where sensitive information is stored. When protection is activated, that place would be like an empty place when accessed by unauthorized person. The Low-Level Protection option allows users to blocks all attempts to read/write to/from the protected disk but it works only for ATA-compatible disks and must be activated in MS-DOS.
