If you would like to backup a given folder but filter out some pre-defined files, then you should use Super Copy. The settings option will give you the opportunity to change the options as you need. You will be able to choose the types of files you would like to filter. Using the program is very simple. You will just right click on the folder you want to back up. You will then get an option called 'Backup by Super Copy'. A dialog box will appear, and you should just select the 'Backup Now' button. That is all you need in order to backup your desired folders.
