PeToUSB

The small, simple, easy-to-use, smart and reliable Win32 GUI application PeToUSB is used for formatting and making bootable, USB Flash Memory Drives and HardDisks. You can also use it for copying the output from a successful BartPE/WinPE build to the device. It contains options to backup/restore the MBR on a device as well as it does not make the device DOS bootable, it makes it XP bootable. If you want to make a UFD bootable then you will format it to FAT16, and will set the partition as bootable and the volume boot sector id to 0x80. After doing this , it will be bootable on any system whose BIOS can boot to USB-HDD.
