Format large hard disks in FAT32
FAT32format is a free utility that offers a simple way to format large HDDs in FAT32 for Windows operating systems.
After you partition the drive go to Start->Run, type cmd and fat32format X: (where X is the drive letter).
FAT32format also allows you to set the cluster size using a cN parameter ( N is the number of sectors/cluster).
Even if Windows XP supports smaller cluster sizes (that come with some disadvantages such as very slow chkdsk), reducing the cluster size is possible only until the number of clusters doesnt go below 228.
