The GetSystemInfo application can be used to obtain system information required for removal of technical problems originated while using of Kaspersky Lab ZAO software products and, in particular, originated from conflicts between Kaspersky Lab ZAO software products and other vendors™ software. The most used support tool by any Kaspersky Lab engineer is the Get System Info utility “ also known as GSI. The Get System Info utility is used to collect system information in order to troubleshoot technical issues.
