XPCMonitor Family Safety is a family surveillance and parental control software for home use.

With the Remote Access Client component, you may watch the screen of the other computer remotely in real time.
It has 23 categories of websites which is inappropriate for children, you may select the unwanted categories and it will block them. You can also create your own allowable and restricted websites lists.
