XStandard is the leading standards-compliant plug-in WYSIWYG editor for desktop applications and browser-based content management systems (IE/Firefox/Safari/Opera).
I have 3 words to say about the markup this editor generates: clean, clean, clean!!! The only downside is that it's an ActiveX control but I'd rather have that then the dirty code other editors generate.
