Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is worthless! Purchased the product direct from Xingtone. Was unhappy with same. Attempted to get a refund within 24 hours. Xingtone refused to respond to repeat requests for a refund. Don't purchase unless you're certain you will be keeping the program.
