Only encryption of your data can prevent it falling into the wrong hands. abylon CRYPTDRIVE offers a simple procedure to create encrypted drives - the so-called encrypted container. By the using either the 448 bit Blowfish or 256 bit AES encryption algorithm, your files and programs are secured against unauthorized access. Access via File Explorer is only possible if the encrypted drive is mounted (decrypted). Encryption and decryption of your files works automatically in the background. To open your CRYPTDRIVE you can enter a password via the keyboard, or use a Smartcard, CD or a USB Stick. In a company environment access authorizations can be administered using certificates. Numerous Certificates, Smartcards or USB Tokens are supported.
