I've had this for a couple of years and in the beginning it worked quite well. However, they have not kept up with the new Chat Protocols and the new Anit-Spy and Anti-virus software. Therefore, eSurveiller gets detected by anti-spy/virus software. It also no long records both sides of a Chat conversation (depending on what service you use) It does not work with AIM's latest version. You even have to disable your own antivirus program just to open the log viewer. And unfortunately, there is no support. Several emails just go unanswered. I just wanted to know if they were aware of the Chat limitations and if they planned a fix, but got no response. Too bad...if was a nice program, but pretty worthless now. I guess they just gave up.
