tRooms is a cost effective solution for managing groups of meeting rooms. Interfaced directly with Meeting Room Manager, tRooms will display room occupancy and availability information on a Touch Screen panel.

Having identified a suitable room for your requirements a booking may be made and refreshments ordered all with just a few touches.

Subject to room availability you may easily extend your booking via the Touch Panel. Should your meeting finish early then just touch the finish button to make that room instantly available for your colleagues.

Multiple panels may be configured and maintained from a central server, and each panel may be individually branded to reflect a corporate or departmental style. Unique rules governing meeting durations, refreshments etc., may be varied for each individual panel.

tRooms is available for use with both Meeting Room Manager 2004 and Version 6.
