It's incredibly user friendly and fast. It also offers you 4 different encryption algorithms. Excelent!

CryptoForge

I have downloaded many applications for my sensitive files. All those promised to be secure, reliable, and easy-to-use. But while all those promised, CryptoForge fulfils. I'm extremely satisfied with the results and use it daily.

CryptoForge

Being an experienced programmer myself I recommend this. This is in fact a very well made piece of software. I hunted around trying out quite a few encryption programs and in the end there was only CryptoForge. The interface is simple and it encrypts/decrypts pretty fast. The right click ability is also part of what made this one rise above the rest. Don't look any further

Virtual Desk

Works for me. I really like it.

Virtual Desk

I didn't explore the software much due to the fact that right off I ran into problems. I set my desktop image for desktop 1, then switched desktops and went back again, and it was gone. To me, having individual desktop images really helps me keep track of where I am. Furthermore, I'm not willing to pay money for a piece of software with such a major bug.

PicoZip

This program was able to get files out of a LZH archive when WinZIP, WinRAR, WinACE, UltimateZip and SimplyZip had all failed! (Japanese characters and long filenames.) User interface isn't ideal - dragging-and-dropping an archive assumes you want to add that archive to another archive - but it can deliver the goods.

I downloaded picozip around September and it is very simple to use. I am reading the negative reviews and they say it needs spywear to work. I never encountered that. I don't know if it is because this is a more recent, sucky version or what. But I do recommend this to all who are clueless to extracting and creating archives.

I've used allot of the archive utilities out there and this one is the best so far. I asked for an enhancement via email and it was put in the NEXT DAY!! Great support and a great program!!

PicoZip

User friendly and feature packed. It even has more features than WinZip.

PicoZip

One of the better compression programs available. Lots of features and has good integration with Windows. The only downside is the program is a bit slower than Winzip. But then again, most compression programs are.

Easy Video Splitter

I went to preview the files, started out ok, but after a few minutes, the audio and video went out of sync. Also experienced minor bugs other users have stated, but not bothered as much by it as I am the final outcome. Not sure if it's an OS/Processor/Memory issue, I guess you'd have to see for yourself. Worth a download to test if it works, but not much more.

The video pointer is jumping all around and seem cannot select the cutting frame accuracy. It take up lots of CPU resource. A "pause" function is helpful if it provide.

Pretty generic in features. For another one that really could do something, I downloaded DriveWatch to monitoring real storage space usage with graphic display. Helps me prevent broken downloads and diskburning problems.

Easy Video Splitter

This program is great. It goes very quickly, even with very large files, and the resulting files are just like the original. However, if your are looking for precision splitting, this may not be for you. Depending on the file format, the split may be adjusted a couple seconds.

Works perfectly on Divx, unfortunately a bit buggy sometimes. Pitty about its lack of support for other file formats and codecs. However still a useful tool to have without having to do it manually.

I don't know what the negative comments are for - perhaps folks need to give their systems a good tune-up. The product worked exactly as expected, for me.

Program freezes but does use over 32 megs of memory and resources and full cpu usage.

This works fine and does most of what it says it can, but if you want to make accurate edits of your films, then forget it, it tends to choose its start/end points for you. Wouldnt pay for this.
