I agree, does not do all that it says it does. Good for recording ads but some videos it would not even start it's "automatically starts recording" bit. Haven't tried customer service yet because they make it so hard to figure out how to contact them! What's interesting is that it worked fine in the trial version but would only record a minute and a half. I bought the full version and it worked once on the website I'm trying to use and then never again, it downloads the huge files but then they are unreadable when I try to play them! I'm not even trying to do anything illegal, I've paid for the content I'm downloading already!
