My friend, is a professional guitar player, has perfect pitch. He only needs his own ear to recognize chords for a song. He can effortlessly pick out the right chords or even enhance the original arrangement just by listening to a tune. What about the musicians that can’t do this? Numerous new songs are being produced on a monthly bases. New songs scores are usually very difficult to find. And you want them immediately, when they are popular, not when they are out of fashion. Chord Pickout helps you with this kid of trouble. This software makes use of artificial intelligence to detect the chords for you. Just load a music file (wav or mp3) and press a button. Chord Pickout will give you the chords it recognizes by transcribing the music. And it is all completely automatic! Unlike its rivals that utilize simple patterns to recognize chords, Chord Pickout uses complicated math and gives out great results, even in the most difficult cases. The chord notations you receive are extremely close to the ones of the songs’ author. This software will be a must-have utility for everyone that wants to play the trendiest and popular music on a piano, a guitar or any imaginable instrument. You don’t have to wait until the official scores come out, save your valuable time finding the accurate chords. Your chords are a click away. It's that simple!

I tried the shareware version of chordpickout and it could not analyze any song I put into it. I kept getting the error "an error occured while processing file". The files were simple wavs and mp3s. Further, chordpickout could not even identify a single chord I saved on my computer as a wav, let alone an entire song. Great idea if it actually worked.
